Role Overview:You will be independently analysing and developing applications in your assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. You will design solutions under the supervision of an Architect and manage a team.Key Responsibilities:- Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation- Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements- Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues, resolving them on time- Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, organizing sessions during hackathons, and participating in hackathons- Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components- Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system- Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality- Implement new features released in relevant technology wherever possible- Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options to optimize application development, maintenance, and performance- Interpret application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications- Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages- Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution- Influence and improve customer satisfaction by offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes, completing sprint deliverables ahead of time, helping client architects and product owners by providing design suggestions and explaining functionality to business stakeholders- Influence and improve employee engagement within project teams- Set goals in NorthStar, measure progress, and update accordinglyQualifications Required:- Number of applicable technical/domain certifications completed- Adherence to process and standards (coding standards)- Number of mandatory trainings completed- Average time taken for turnaround on production bugs- Adherence to schedule and timelines- Contribution to RFPs and estimations in ERP/CRM Practice- Number of Junior Leads who were guided and unskilled to lead a technical team- Number of technical sessions conducted within practice for the benefit of peers and team membersCompany Additional Details:The company emphasizes on the importance of APIs as the backbone of modern applications, enabling interoperability and scalability.
