Job Description

    Our client, a Singapore based MNC specializing in digital services, digital solutions, and products, is seeking a Lead SFCC Support Engineer to join their team in Infopark, Kochi, KERALA. As a Lead SFCC Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in SFCC, SFRA, OCAPI, SCAPI technologies during night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.With over 7 years of experience as a Lead Developer, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of SFRA and SFCC Headless architecture & concepts. Your technical proficiency should include JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, SCSS, jQuery, and experience in creating storefront experiences, jobs, controllers, and models. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with OCAPI and ISML templates, along with familiarity with Confluence, Jira, VSCode, and GitHub.Your role will involve writing unit test cases with Mocha/chai, working with RESTful APIs and web services, third-party integrations, and merchandising B2C storefronts. Strong debugging skills, knowledge of responsive design, mobile optimization, AJAX, asynchronous programming, and MVC architecture are essential.Experience in Agile methodology, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Headless Commerce (B2C) Implementation will be advantageous. Familiarity with PCM tools like Salsify, Inriver, SEO optimizations, search engines, and CMS systems such as CoreMedia, Magnolia is a plus.
