Job Description

    As a Lead Software Engineer Full Stack, you will bring at least 8 years of experience to the table, focusing on the design, development, and configuration of software modules, interfaces, and components. Your expertise in back end technologies such as .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, along with front end technologies including Angular 8 will be crucial.You will be responsible for writing tests using NUnit and closely collaborating with Architect(s) to ensure high-quality design. Your experience in Microservices Architecture, Front end Angular Design Patterns like NgRx, Angular Material, RxJS, and Design Pattern CQRS will be highly valuable.Additionally, your familiarity with tools like Kafka MQ, ELK for log management and monitoring, and Database management with MS SQL will be essential for the role. Strong command over English communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders to finalize designs and interfaces.With a proven track record of at least 8 years in technical leadership roles, you will excel in managing client communication and leading technical teams and projects. Your deep understanding of technical architectures, design principles, and the product engineering lifecycle will drive successful project deliveries from concept to deployment.Utilizing your SDLC knowledge and technical expertise, you will proactively identify risks and issues, working collaboratively with the team to resolve them. Your role will also involve supporting effort estimation, task planning, and contributing to resource allocation based on project requirements.Your proficiency in change management, risk mitigation principles, and stakeholder communication skills will play a key role in managing expectations and ensuring transparency in project delivery.,
