bManager IT (Sofware) Key Responsibilities: 1. Software Development and Implementation: - Lead the development and implementation of software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the Society, including but not limited to lending, risk management, compliance, and customer relationship management systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the development process from conception to deployment. 2. System Integration and Maintenance: - Ensure seamless integration of various software systems within the NBFCs IT ecosystem, including core banking systems, customer-facing applications, and internal reporting tools. - Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of software applications, addressing any technical issues or bugs in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to business operations. 3. Data Security and Compliance: - Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and local data protection laws. - Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to the NBFCs IT infrastructure. 4. Team Management and Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing team of software developers, engineers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development within the organization. 5.
