Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manager/Senior Manager RCM at Dynamed Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Kochi. The Manager/Senior Manager RCM will be responsible for overseeing revenue cycle management processes, ensuring accurate billing and coding, managing accounts receivable, and optimizing revenue collection. The individual will lead and mentor the RCM team, resolve escalated issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.Qualifications Strong understanding of billing, coding Experience with revenue cycle management and related software Proven leadership and team management skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field (Masters degree preferred) 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or a related fieldQualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred). Experience: 6-10 years in RCM, with 5 years in leadership. Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; experience with RCM software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).,
