With a strong focus on design, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our presence in Kerala, delivering brighter, smarter, and more sustainable lighting.Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Manager at Inventaa LED Lights Pvt Ltd for the Kerala region, your primary role will be to spearhead marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and provide sales support for our range of LED lighting products. You will be instrumental in developing and executing regional marketing strategies, thereby contributing to the growth and success of our brand in Kerala.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to promote our LED lighting products effectively.- Increase brand visibility through various channels such as digital, print, and outdoor advertising.- Create and execute campaigns and promotions to generate leads and support the sales team in achieving their targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.- Oversee product launches, events, and local marketing activations to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.- Monitor budgets and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives to optimize resource allocation and drive business growth.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Measure growth in brand awareness and engagement metrics specific to the Kerala region.- Track the number of high-quality leads generated on a monthly basis.- Monitor dealer/distributor engagement levels and retention rates.- Evaluate the success rates of events and product launches conducted in the region.- Analyze the ROI on marketing campaigns and ensure adherence to budget allocations.Requirements:- A Bachelors degree is required (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in the LED lighting/electrical industry.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strong communication skills are essential for this role.- Fluency in both Malayalam and English languages is mandatory.This is a full-time position that offers health insurance, Provident Fund benefits, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
