Job Description

    A position has arisen for a hands-on Mobile Engineer who is interested in assuming the role of a Mobile App Development Lead. Our mobile applications utilize both native and hybrid technologies, and we are seeking an individual who is adept at mobile client app development and is enthusiastic about leading a team towards becoming a development leader. This role offers ample opportunities for advancement into other technology stacks and cloud-based services to enhance your problem-solving capabilities.Key Skills:- Minimum of 4 years of professional development experience in Android & iOS- Proficient in Kotlin, Swift, and open to transitioning to Flutter- Strong expertise in API integration, authorization, and authentication functionalities such as AWS Cognito- Thorough understanding of Firebase Analytics- Proficient in managing App Deployment Life Cycle on Firebase, Play Store, and App Store- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills with legacy applications- Ability to seamlessly integrate 3rd party SDKs into existing apps- Effective communication and collaboration skills- Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, or similar tools for work management- Capability to comprehend business requirements from solutions architects and product managers from the onshore team- Proficiency in team leadership, troubleshooting software issues, and sprint management- Proactively seeking and implementing process and tooling improvements- Collaborating with various stakeholders including engineers, developers, architects, QA, system engineers, and product managers to resolve technical challengesAbout us:Softmantics is a rapidly growing top-tier Cloud Solutions and Services company that caters to Global Enterprise Customers across Europe and the Middle East.
