At G3 Interactive, we prioritize innovation, quality, and teamwork, and we are seeking individuals who are passionate about leveraging technology to create exceptional products.As a Backend Developer at G3 Interactive, your responsibilities will include:- Designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing Node.js.- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to performance and security standards.- Working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB or MongoDB) databases.- Optimizing database queries, indexing, and schema design to enhance speed and scalability.- Ensuring high performance, reliability, and security throughout backend systems.- Collaborating with front-end engineers to integrate user-facing features with backend services.- Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to uphold code quality.- Participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.- Staying abreast of the latest tools, frameworks, and backend technologies.The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in backend development.- Strong proficiency in Node.js and building RESTful APIs.- Proficiency in PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, transactions, and optimization.- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or MongoDB.- Understanding of microservices architecture and API design patterns.- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Capability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have experience with:- ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize).- AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS).- Docker or container-based environments.This is a full-time position, and the preferred experience level for Node.js is 3 years.
