Job Description

    As a Night Shift Operations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams in Creative Design, Order Processing, and Catalog Management for our US e-commerce product marketing business. Your key responsibilities will include:- Efficiently overseeing work assignments and workflow distribution to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of orders.- Monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance, implementing performance improvement plans, and fostering a high-performance work environment.- Ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with organizational guidelines.- Managing staffing requirements by identifying talent needs, conducting workforce planning, coaching & mentoring, and ensuring optimum resource utilization.- Establishing and implementing operational guidelines, performance metrics, and best practices to drive consistency and excellence.- Identifying and implementing innovative technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and process automation.- Continuously analyzing workflows to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement data-driven improvements.- Using data analysis and insights to make informed decisions, solve problems, and optimize operations.- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture that aligns with organizational values and promotes employee engagement.- Acting as the primary liaison between the US counterparts and Indian operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.Qualifications required for this role:- 10 years of overall experience with significant exposure to operations management in IT / BPO companies or similar environment.- Experience in handling operations management of teams of a significant size.- Tech-savvy and proficient with essential technology tools.- Excellent communicator with strong people management and coordination skills.- Self-starter with a high level of integrity and autonomy.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.- Knowledge and exposure to e-commerce / design / IT domains preferred.- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift).The job location is Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala. The work shift is at night (7 pm - 4 am) from Monday to Friday.
