Job Description

As an Enablement Specialist at EY, your role is crucial in supporting strategic alignment, optimizing tools and processes, and developing training programs for the brand, marketing, and communications (BMC) team in Canada. Your responsibilities will include enhancing cross-functional collaboration, fostering team culture, curating learning opportunities, promoting AI tools adoption, and managing financial and team resources. You will serve as a vital resource for the BMC leadership to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:- Drive strategic initiatives to align BMC capability with organizational goals- Support BMC leadership in executing leadership strategies- Manage BMC budget and financial reporting at national and campaign levels- Develop and manage internal and external agency relationships- Implement technology solutions to enhance team productivity and collaboration- Support talent operations for talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention- Measure and track performance marketing activities and portfolio growth- Conduct research and data analysis to evaluate strategic marketing opportunitiesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree with 8-11 years of work experience and 4-7 years of relevant experience- Proficiency in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel- Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools- Experience with budget management and financial operations- Knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing preferred- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, WaterfallSkills and Attributes:- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Curious problem solver with critical thinking abilities- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Strong analytical skills to translate data into effective strategiesAdditional Details:EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) offers a dynamic and global delivery network with career opportunities across various disciplines.
