Job Description

    As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process within the organization. Your primary tasks will involve understanding client needs, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing potential employees, negotiating contracts, and maintaining recruitment records.You will need to effectively communicate with clients to grasp their hiring requirements and align them with the organizational goals. Collaborating with department heads to anticipate upcoming vacancies will also be a part of your role. Additionally, developing recruitment leads by creating candidate pools matching job descriptions and engaging with potential candidates through various strategies like attending industry events and utilizing social media platforms will be crucial.Your responsibilities will also include sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles, and negotiating contracts with selected recruits. Leading recruitment advertising campaigns to increase job visibility, analyzing recruitment efforts to optimize strategies, and maintaining accurate records of all new hires will be essential duties.Furthermore, you will play a key role in auditing and optimizing the employer brand to align with the company culture and recommend improvements. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data effectively is a requirement for this role.To excel as a Recruitment Manager, you must possess excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
