Job Description

With the support, resources, and opportunities provided, you will work on meaningful projects spanning industries and regions, contributing to outcomes that matter.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and identifying additional service opportunities for Strada.- Manage end-to-end CLIENT and PARTNER relationships, including all escalations.- Prepare Service Review Deck for TPV countries, participate in implementation handover calls, and manage Year End Activities.- Accountable for managing all contractual service components and ensuring accurate and timely contract revisions.- Identify deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service and manage the Change Request process.- Ensure an in-depth knowledge of contract Terms and Conditions for both CLIENT and PARTNER agreements.- Monitor client SLAs, manage invoicing, approve TPV invoices, and ensure completeness of monthly reports.- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Account leadership team and handle critical operational escalations.- Support implementation of operational processes, ensure SLA reporting, and work with vendors for root cause analysis.Qualifications Required:- 3 years Degree/Diploma- Exceptional influencing skills, effective at managing both up and down the organizational chain.- Change management experience, experience in a complex matrix structure, and understanding of delivery models from a global delivery center perspective.- Highly flexible approach to working hours/travel, ability to identify and mitigate risks, and strong knowledge of MS Office tools.- Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal skills.Additional Company Details:At Strada, values such as Anticipating Customer Needs, Owning the Outcome, Challenging Ourselves to Work Smarter, Empowering Each Other to Solve Problems, and Caring About Our Work guide everything they do.
