Job Description

    As a PLSQL Developer at PracticeSuite, you will play a crucial role in database development, performance optimization, and ensuring that data systems align with the organizational business needs. Your technical expertise in Oracle databases, specifically PL/SQL, along with strong problem-solving skills will be essential for success in this role. Effective communication with technical teams and business stakeholders is key, as you will be involved in all stages of the software development process.Your responsibilities will include designing stable and effective database programs, tuning and optimizing PL/SQL and SQL, providing data analysis and validation, leveraging Oracle features on a large-scale system, identifying performance issues, and collaborating with clients to understand requirements. You will also be actively involved in the software development life cycle, demonstrating your ability to learn business processes and new technologies.To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of Oracle database architecture, advanced experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, knowledge of software development, strong SQL development and tuning skills, excellent analytical and organizational abilities, a problem-solving attitude, and effective communication skills.
