Job Description

    You are a skilled and experienced Product Owner / Scrum Master with over 6 years of experience in managing product development and leading agile teams. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of efficient business processes, conducting thorough analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes. Your strategic thinking abilities will be crucial in designing and implementing effective business processes and translating business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations.Your key responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive business reports and dashboards, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and acting as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies. You will mentor and coach agile teams on best practices, manage product backlogs, and prioritize features to align with business goals and customer needs. Your role will also involve removing impediments to drive the delivery of high-quality products and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.It is essential for you to have proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in an agile environment, expertise in designing and implementing business processes, and the ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements. Proficiency in preparing detailed business reports and dashboards, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills, will be key to your success in this role.Having certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and familiarity with agile tools like Jira or Trello will be beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are also important secondary skills for this position.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in product management, agile project management, or related roles. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to propose innovative solutions are also essential qualifications for this position.,
