Product Owner/Sr. Business Analyst

As a financial technology firm providing expertise in banking and financial services, Unity Infotech is seeking a candidate for the role of a Business Analyst with the following responsibilities and qualifications:**Role Overview:**You will be responsible for creating business and functional requirements for software products, ensuring they meet customer needs, delivery dates, and quality standards. Your role will involve analyzing new business requirements and translating them into product designs and detailed use cases. Furthermore, you will support the development team, review test plans and specifications, conduct functional testing, and provide internal training in the Banking Domain.**Key Responsibilities:**- Create business and functional requirements for software products- Analyze new business requirements and translate them into product designs and use cases- Support the development team during the software build process- Review test plans, high-level requirements specifications, and functional analysis- Conduct functional testing of new developments/releases- Initiate and lead user focus groups- Provide internal training in the Banking Domain- Produce user acceptance criteria and documents**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with deep domain expertise in the Banking/Finance domains- Experience in pre-sales and business proposals- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and mitigate difficult circumstances- Good interpersonal, critical thinking, and presentation skillsUnity Infotech, headquartered in Dubai, is a trusted strategic partner for banks and financial institutions, offering innovative and user-friendly solutions.
