Job Description

    As a Trainer in our dynamic manufacturing environment, your role is crucial in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees to ensure safe and efficient operations within our facility. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to different roles, conduct hands-on training on tools and machinery, provide safety guidance, assess performance, and collaborate with management to meet production goals.Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for assembly line and warehouse operations- Conduct hands-on training sessions for hand tools, power tools, and machinery, including forklifts- Provide guidance on safety protocols and best practices- Assess trainees performance and provide constructive feedback- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and maintain training records- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure training content relevanceQualifications:- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management- Experience in operating forklifts preferred- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely- Excellent communication skills- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Passion for teaching and mentoring othersIf you join us, you will contribute to creating a skilled workforce that drives success in the manufacturing industry. This is a part-time role with no more than 3 hours per week expected at our in-person work location.,
