Job Description

    As a Project Coordinator with 2-6 years of experience in a Software company, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure successful project planning, execution, and team management. Your key responsibilities will include:- Participating in project planning by setting goals, defining milestones, and completion plans.- Conducting project reviews to assess progress and identify any performance gaps.- Managing manpower resources effectively by arranging tasks, estimating time requirements, and monitoring team schedules in Jira.- Evaluating team productivity and submitting reports on a regular basis.- Identifying training needs for technical, accounts, and performance improvement areas and executing training programs accordingly.- Collaborating closely with team members to gauge engagement levels and plan their career development in coordination with the HR department.- Conducting regular meetings with the HR department to discuss team performance and progress.- Providing counseling to underperforming team members and suggesting performance improvement plans.- Addressing the needs and grievances of team members to ensure a positive work environment.- Conducting resource-wise risk assessments for projects to mitigate potential challenges.Additionally, the company is based in Kochi, Kerala, and requires you to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The job type is Full-time and Permanent with benefits including Provident Fund. You should have at least 2 years of experience in project management, be fluent in Hindi, and be willing to work in Day Shift, Night Shift, and Overnight Shift as required. A 25% willingness to travel is also necessary for this role.Please note that the work location is in person, and it is important to maintain a high level of engagement and performance to ensure the success of the projects you will be involved in.
