Job Description

    As a dynamic professional, you will be stepping into a dual role as Project Manager cum .NET Team Lead. Your primary focus will be on managing ERP software implementation projects and providing technical leadership in .NET development. Heres what you will be responsible for:**Role Overview:**You will be expected to balance client-facing duties, team coordination, and technical guidance to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in project management and .NET development will play a crucial role in the overall project success.**Key Responsibilities:**- Plan, coordinate, and oversee ERP software implementation projects from start to finish.- Collaborate with team members from various disciplines to meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.- Present project status reports, budgets, and schedules to management.- Establish effective communication plans across internal teams and clients.- Manage change requests and evaluate their impact on project scope, timelines, and costs.- Ensure customer acceptance of deliverables and satisfaction during the transition phase.- Conduct post-project evaluations and extract valuable lessons learned.**Qualification Required:**- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Architect, design, and review technical solutions for ERP modules and customizations.- Participate in coding, debugging, and performance tuning of applications when necessary.- Collaborate with QA, DB, and UI/UX teams for end-to-end project execution.- Drive code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing for high-quality deliverables.- Provide technical guidance on .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and related technologies.- Support the development of user manuals, training materials, and knowledge transfer to clients.This role requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience and a Bachelors degree.
