Job Description

    As a Quality Controller (Civil) at Amzer Infra Projects, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the highest construction standards throughout all our projects. You will need to demonstrate expertise in quality assurance, ensure compliance with industry standards, and possess meticulous inspection skills to safeguard project integrity.Your key responsibilities will include implementing and enforcing quality control procedures for all civil construction activities, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry and company standards, identifying non-conformance issues and suggesting corrective actions, and maintaining quality documentation and inspection records for audits. Collaboration with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to maintain quality benchmarks will also be essential, along with ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Additionally, you will be required to conduct tests on construction materials for verification of their suitability and durability, as well as provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control for civil construction projects, a strong knowledge of construction materials, standards, and quality testing procedures, proficiency in QA/QC documentation and report preparation, familiarity with industry codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.This is a full-time position located in Ernakulam, Kerala, with a competitive salary based on experience.
