Job Description

    As a Regional Sales Head at Roslis Retail Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading business development and marketing initiatives across multiple branches in Kerala. Your responsibilities will include hiring, building, and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring the performance of Fashion Advisors, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and interviews to hire 12 Business Development Managers for 5 branches.- Build, train, and mentor the BDM team to achieve business goals.- Lead and manage a team to ensure sales targets of Fashion Advisors are met consistently.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.- Monitor branch performance, sales reports, and operational KPIs.- Maintain effective communication with branch managers and team members to ensure smooth execution of plans.- Travel across Kerala (Pathanamthitta to Thrissur) to oversee operations, conduct training sessions, and support branch activities.- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues for the brand.Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Experience: Minimum 10 years in marketing, retail, or business development, preferably in fashion or retail sectors.Skills:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to travel extensively within Kerala.- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.Working Conditions:- Extensive travel across Kerala required.- Flexible working hours depending on branch and business requirements.Remuneration:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Benefits:- Health insurancePlease note that this job is full-time and requires in-person work at various locations in Kerala.
