Job Description

    As an ideal candidate for the position, you should hold a Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Food Science/ Technology, Microbiology, Chemical or Process Engineering, or any related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience at the Assistant Manager level or equivalent in R&D with exposure to Frozen Foods, Ready to Eat, Snacks, and Baking industries. Experience and technical knowledge in the Frozen Food industry would be considered desirable for this role.Your technical and functional skills should include a good understanding of ingredients, processes, and technologies involved in Frozen Foods, Ready to Eat, Snacks, and Baking. It is essential to have knowledge of FDA, EU, and FSSAI regulations, as well as familiarity with SAP.
