Job Description

    As a Research and Development Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading a new Research & Development unit. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our Headquarters and the local development team to ensure that products are developed in alignment with strategic objectives, technical standards, and market demands. Your forward-thinking approach, strong technological understanding, and proven leadership skills will be essential in inspiring and guiding software developers to deliver innovative products such as mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and digital platforms.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Product Ownership & Vision** - Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in accordance with HQ guidelines. - Ensure clear translation of HQ requirements into actionable development tasks. - Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.- **Team Leadership** - Manage and mentor a team of software developers to foster collaboration, productivity, and accountability. - Provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. - Implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development.- **Product Development & Delivery** - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, launch, and iteration. - Ensure products meet functional, technical, and design standards. - Collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.- **Stakeholder Management** - Act as the primary liaison with HQ to ensure alignment and clear communication. - Present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations. - Balance business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.- Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.- Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.- Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.If you have experience managing distributed or multicultural teams, knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems, or a background in scaling SaaS or mobile app products internationally, it would be considered a plus.Join us in this exciting new chapter of our fast-growing multinational company where you will enjoy a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and hybrid work options.
