Job Description

    As a Store Manager - Apparel, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, managing store inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining a safe store environment. Additionally, you will supervise and develop a team of sales associates.To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel. You should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is required for this position.This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in fashion retail and must be proficient in English. The work location for this position is in Kochi, Kerala, and it requires in-person presence.,
