Job Description

    As a Revenue Assurance Specialist based in Kochi with 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and projects on digital technologies in the telecom industry, your key responsibilities will include:- Ensuring compliance with finance and accounting standards by examining and analyzing reports, operating practices, and documentation. You will provide recommendations to strengthen the internal control structure.- Demonstrating knowledge of network and revenue flow structure for all B2B Data Products.- Quantifying and reporting revenue leakage, along with recommending solutions to concerned stakeholders.- Managing Revenue Assurance audits conducted by Internal Auditors and focusing on mitigating exceptions reported in earlier audits.- Coordinating with technical, IT, and business teams for issue resolution and new project implementation.- Driving the digitization of manual work processes.- Having proficiency in digital technology areas such as mobility, cloud, data analytics, insights, and reporting platforms like Power-BI, IoT, AI/ML, will be an added advantage.- Possessing strong knowledge of agile development practices (Scrum), methodologies, and tools.Qualifications required for this role include:- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and project management in the telecom industry.- Bachelors degree or Full-time MBA/PGDM.Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance. Your work location will be in person.
