Job Description

    As a Ruby on Rails Technical Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and guiding the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Front-End Technologies, and database management to drive innovation and success.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing Ruby on Rails projects- Utilize your knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms to develop efficient solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Front-End Technologies such as JS, CSS3, and HTML5- Manage and optimize Couchbase DB to ensure data integrity and performance- Implement and maintain Restful APIs for seamless communication between systems- Utilize AWS Cloud infrastructure services to deploy and scale applications effectively**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and Data Structures- Proficiency in Front-End Technologies including JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5- Experience working with Couchbase DB for database management- Knowledge of HTTP, Web Services, and Restful APIs- Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure servicesJoin us at our Cochin location and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.
