Safety Supervisor

Job Description

As a Safety Supervisor at the construction site in Kalamassery Perumbra, Kerala, your role is critical in ensuring safety compliance and maintaining a secure working environment. Your responsibilities will include:- Being physically present on-site throughout working hours.- Supervising and enforcing safety practices.- Conducting regular safety inspections and reporting hazards.- Ensuring all workers use protective gear and follow safety guidelines.- Assisting in implementing safety protocols and training sessions.- Monitoring site conditions and adjusting schedules as per climatic and environmental factors.- Performing tasks related to roofing and working at heights with proper safety measures.To qualify for this role, you need:- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role.- Mandatory NEBOSH certification.- Willingness to work at heights and handle roofing tasks.- Ability to work in challenging climatic conditions and site-related constraints.- Male candidates are preferred.- Openness to relocate to Kalamassery Perumbra.In addition to the above, here are some additional details:- Type of Job: Site job requiring your presence at the work location.- Work Schedule: 9 hours per day, which may vary due to climate and other unforeseen site conditions.- Employer: You will be working under Apollo Tyres.Benefits you can enjoy in this role include:- Accommodation provided.- Breakfast and lunch during working hours.- ESI and PF benefits included.Please note that this is a full-time position with an expected CTC of 20,000 per month.Ensure that you have reliable commuting options or are willing to relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala, before starting work.
