Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Head in the food industry, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the sales operations. Your focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying and onboarding new clients and partners, maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring market trends.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets- Manage and mentor the sales team across regions/distribution channels- Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveryQualifications Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in food/FMCG)- Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, or institutional buyers- Proven leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,
