Job Description

    We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Geepas Consumer Electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the consumer electronics or related industry, with a passion for achieving targets, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets across assigned regions and channels.- Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to improve market share and brand presence.- Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and retail network to ensure market penetration and product availability.- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to deliver strong performance and achieve sales objectives.- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.- Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance metrics.Key Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven sales experience in consumer electronics or a closely related industry.- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
