Scrum Master & Project Coordinator

Job Description

You are a proactive and self-motivated individual required to perform the Project Coordination and Scrum Master role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for this position. The mode of work is from the office, located in Kochi, Kerala, and candidates should be from Kerala. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Scrum & Project Coordination is mandatory for this role. The interview rounds will be conducted face-to-face.**Roles & Responsibilities:**- Facilitating scrum events (daily stand-ups, other meetings) as needed.- Capacity planning, User stories estimation, Maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs by working with Product Owner.- Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, removing obstacles to team members progress, and protecting the team from distractions.- Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.- Coordinating project activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones.- Analyzing client requirements and converting them into technical documents as per specifications.- Administering JIRA to ensure efficient tracking and management of project tasks and issues.- Developing comprehensive test cases based on project requirements.- Collaborating with the testing team to ensure thorough test coverage.**Requirements:**- Exceptional written and verbal communication and client-serving skills.- Prefer experience in User Story Creation.- Skilled in JIRA.- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to deadlines.- Must be a good team player, good learner, and self-starter.- Proactive and quick executor.- Must be self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision.**Qualification:**- Bachelors or Masters degree is preferred.- Minimum experience of 2 years in scrum and project coordination.- Good command of English.- Experience of working with or leading a team.You are required to work in Australian Time Zone.
