SDE 2 (React Native)

Job Description

You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements for mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native, JavaScript, and related technologies. You will participate in code reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained. Working closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences is also a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be optimizing mobile applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness across a variety of devices and screen sizes. Troubleshooting and resolving bugs and issues, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile development, and contributing to technical discussions are also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and meeting quality standards before release is essential.- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with a strong emphasis on React Native- Experience in integrating React Native content with standalone iOS and Android applications along with CodePush- Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6, and modern frontend libraries and tools- Proven track record of delivering successful, user-focused mobile applications with intuitive UIs and smooth user experiences- In-depth knowledge of state management solutions like Redux, and the ability to architect complex data flows- Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations seamlessly- Knowledge of data fetching libraries such as React Query/Redux Toolkit Query is a bonus- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges- A portfolio showcasing your React Native projects and contributions to the mobile app development field is highly desirable You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements for mobile applications.
