Job Description

    As the Office Secretary and Content Writer, your main responsibility will be managing and organizing office operations and procedures. This includes scheduling appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, maintaining contact lists, and organizing calendars. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory. Collaborating with other departments and external contacts is key to ensure seamless operations.In the realm of content writing, your role will involve researching and generating ideas for content, writing clear and engaging content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters. You will also be responsible for editing and proofreading content before publication, optimizing content for SEO purposes, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content. Staying updated with industry trends and ensuring alignment with brand voice and style guidelines is crucial.To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant as well as a content writer or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and content management systems are essential. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques is advantageous, and a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule consists of day and morning shifts, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. Preferred experience includes 3 years in content writing and 4 years in secretarial work. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
