If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about elevating financial operations, we welcome you to join our team.**Role and Responsibilities:**- Preparing invoices and ensuring proper preparation and follow-up- Managing the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, approval, and posting- Performing regular bank reconciliations for accurate financial reporting- Monitoring and balancing cash flows to optimize working capital- Coordinating external financial, compliance, and tax auditors- Creating and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud- Assisting in budget creation and developing financial strategy- Ensuring compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and industry standards- Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies across the business- Mentoring and managing accounting and financial knowledge within the organization- Handling payroll processing and labor tax compliance- Managing intercompany transactions in various locations- Assisting team members with accounting and finance questions, training, and coaching- Setting up SOPs and internal controls for finance and accounting**Software Used:** - Zoho Books**Qualifications and Requirements:**- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage- 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, especially related to accounts receivable, payable, local taxation, and transfer pricing- Proficiency in Zoho Books and advanced Excel skills- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently As a Senior Accounting Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing our end-to-end accounting operations to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
