Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations which include billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of 35 AR executives to meet collection targets and resolve issues. It is crucial to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements. You will also be expected to prepare and deliver periodic AR performance reports to management.To excel in this role, you must possess a strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, especially B2B collections and dispute management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to effectively work with US-based clients. Proven team leadership skills are required to drive performance and accountability within the team.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 3 years in a team lead role. A qualification in BCom, M.Com, or MBA Finance is necessary. The position is based in Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, and the salary ranges from 7.5 LPA to 8 LPA. The working shift is from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday.This is a full-time and permanent position with benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the company offers a pick and drop facility.
