Job Description

    As a Creative Leader, you will drive the conceptualization and execution of high-quality creative designs for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining the brands visual identity and ensuring its consistency across all platforms.Your expertise in the jewellery industry will be crucial as you create exclusive designs for packaging, promotional materials, and in-store branding tailored to the jewellery market. Collaborating with product designers to align marketing visuals with jewellery collections will also be a key aspect of your role.In the realm of marketing and campaign design, you will develop visual content for digital marketing, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and website banners. Leading the design of seasonal campaigns and special event promotions will be part of your responsibilities.Staying updated on jewellery and luxury branding trends will be essential to introduce innovative ideas and incorporate modern design techniques to elevate the brands creative output.Collaborating with a team of junior designers, you will lead and mentor them to ensure alignment with the brands creative goals. Close collaboration with marketing, product development, and retail teams will be necessary to deliver cohesive visuals.Quality control will be under your purview as you review and ensure all designs meet industry standards and brand guidelines. Supervising the production of printed and digital materials to guarantee accuracy and quality will also be part of your role.Your technical skills should include mastery of design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in 3D design tools like Rhino, Matrix, or KeyShot considered a significant advantage.Having a robust portfolio showcasing jewellery-specific designs and luxury branding projects, along with a strong aesthetic sense tailored to the jewellery market, will be crucial. Knowledge of color theory, typography, and composition will also be beneficial.Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate creative concepts effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred skills include an understanding of consumer behavior and branding principles, proficiency in motion graphics, animation, or video editing, and experience working with premium or international jewellery brands.This is a full-time position based in Kochi, Kerala, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. The job requires a diploma as the preferred education qualification, along with at least 4 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute or relocate to Kochi before starting work is preferred.,
