Job Description

    As a Senior Front-End Developer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable and performant frontend architectures using Angular 14. With 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will bring deep expertise in Angular 14, including modular architecture, lazy loading, and performance optimization. Your advanced proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6/ES7), and Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) will be essential in driving best practices in code structure, architecture, performance, and maintainability.You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define technical requirements and delivery plans, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and suggesting improvements where applicable. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior and mid-level front-end developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.To excel in this role, you must have solid experience integrating and managing RESTful APIs, a strong understanding of state management patterns and tools (e.g., NgRx, RxJS), and proven experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (e.g., JEST). Hands-on experience with Git, npm, and frontend build pipelines, as well as experience optimizing frontend performance using tools like Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, and Web Vitals, are also key requirements.Desirable skills for this position include familiarity with Angular Material or other UI component frameworks, experience in cloud environments (e.g., Azure) and DevOps practices, and participation in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Our hiring process consists of screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.
