Job Description

    As an experienced Sr. HR Recruiter based in Kochi, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruitment cycle, focusing on both Blue collar and white collar positions within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.You will be tasked with creating engaging job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms to attract top talent. Sourcing candidates through networking, online databases, and other innovative methods will be crucial in your role. Additionally, you will review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.Facilitating the offer process, conducting background and reference checks, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires will also be part of your responsibilities. You will maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, generate reports on recruitment metrics, and analyze data to track recruitment effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.Employer branding will be an essential aspect of your role, as you promote the companys culture and values through outreach and recruitment events. Utilizing social media and professional networks to enhance the companys visibility as an employer of choice will be key.To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong interviewing and assessment skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, along with strong organizational and time management abilities, will be essential for success in this role.If you are proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, we invite you to apply for this full-time onsite position.
