Job Description

    As a Sales Manager for outdoor HPCL hoardings advertising business in the Kerala region, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and targeted sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Kerala region.- Identify and onboard new clients including brands, media agencies, and direct advertisers.- Manage and grow existing key accounts through strong relationship management.- Work closely with the operations and site acquisition team to ensure availability and quality of hoarding sites.- Understand client requirements and provide customized OOH solutions.- Track competitor activity and market trends; provide regular feedback to the management team.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as needed.- Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 7 years of experience in Outdoor Hoardings / OOH Media Sales, with strong exposure to the Kerala market.- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.- Strong network of clients and media buying agencies in the region.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage a team (if required).- Willingness to travel across Kerala as per business requirements.- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).Preferred Qualities:- Local language proficiency (Malayalam) along with English.- Deep knowledge of local market geography and hoarding regulations.- High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.Please note: The company offers a competitive fixed salary with performance-based incentives, travel and mobile allowances, and an opportunity for career advancement within a growing organization.
