Role Overview:At EY, as a Senior Associate - Senior Graphic Design at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be responsible for creating high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions that align with EYs objectives. You will work closely with various teams to deliver design solutions for proposals, illustrations, layouts, and user experiences across multiple platforms. Your role involves adhering to brand guidelines, mentoring junior team members, and providing innovative design solutions to customers.Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals- Adhere to EY brand guidelines and exceed expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency- Stay updated with the latest design trends and advocate for them within the team- Mentor junior team members on best design practices- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines effectively- Communicate with customers, understand design briefs, and provide unique design solutions- Act as a design consultant, take ownership of projects, and be responsive to customer inquiries- Contribute towards various organizational initiativesQualification Required:- Bachelors degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)- Strong visual design capability with at least 5 years of relevant experience- Knowledge of creating infographics, data visualization techniques, typography, and layout design- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Understanding of current and future visual trends and aptitude for art directionAdditional Details:EY GDS is a global delivery network spanning across six locations and offering fulfilling career opportunities in various business disciplines.
