Job Description

    As a Senior Production Supervisor at Camerry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and team performance at our production plants. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and leading production teams across mixing, extrusion, freezing, and packing lines. You will be expected to achieve daily production targets, maintain production efficiency, and ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP.Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive equipment care, monitor in-process quality checks, and handle non-conformance actions. Training and developing operators and junior supervisors, as well as maintaining accurate production reports and ERP/SAP entries, will also be part of your role.To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, along with 7-10 years of experience in FMCG/ice cream/dairy manufacturing. A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or shift-in-charge role is required, and knowledge of various production processes such as HTST, homogenization, extrusion, freezing tunnels, and hygiene protocols is essential. You should also be comfortable with managing shift teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments, as well as be willing to work in rotational shifts.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person at our production plants.,
