Job Description

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the project from the planning stage, including scope of work, deliverables, budget, and resources to successfully manage the project. You will create and execute project work plans, revising them accordingly to meet changing needs and requirements.Key Responsibilities:- **People Management:** - Conduct regular one-on-ones with your team members. - Develop and manage development plans for each team member. - Monitor and hold team individuals accountable for their role responsibilities.- **Project & Technology Leadership:** - Manage customers requests and analyze the impact of change requests. - Study business functions, gather information, and evaluate output requirements. - Translate requirements into documentation deliverables such as specifications, use cases, and workflows. - Write User Requirement Specifications and Feature Lists. - Ensure development delivery processes are applied for all activities.- **Teamwork and Collaboration:** - Own and deliver assigned tasks on time. - Identify excess capacity and share resources across the team. - Respond timely to service requests from all business areas. - Update time logs daily and communicate project status to the Delivery Software Team. - Identify and eliminate obstacles to project efficiency.- **Quality and Continuous Improvement:** - Ensure code delivery passes quality assurance. - Conduct regular code reviews.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 15 years in the industry with at least 7 years of Project Manager experience and demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes.- Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Strong communication skills and ability to present a professional image to stakeholders.- Sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
