Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with at least 4 years of experience to play a crucial role in developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics. Your role will be vital in our product development process, ensuring smooth software operation and meeting client needs efficiently. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background and a passion for providing end-to-end solutions to software quality issues. Monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions and meet quality standards will be a key responsibility.Your responsibilities will include analyzing project requirements, providing Test Effort Estimations, delivering test plans, performing manual testing for new releases, collaborating with development and business teams for requirement delivery, coordinating QA activities, understanding client requirements, guiding team members, identifying potential quality issues, and escalating them to management promptly. Additionally, you will ensure validated deliverables meet specifications, isolate and report defects, verify defect fixes, and mentor and coach team members.Key skills required for this role include proven experience in software quality assurance, strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, proficiency in writing clear test plans and cases, hands-on experience in white box and black box testing, expertise in automated testing tools, solid understanding of SQL and scripting, familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes, and experience in performance and security testing.At Beinex, you will enjoy comprehensive health plans, opportunities for learning and development, workation and outdoor training, a hybrid working environment, and on-site travel opportunities.
