Job Description

    The ideal candidate for this role should be able to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions with a focus on high performance, scalability, and security. You will be responsible for overseeing development activities, conducting code reviews, and defining solution architecture to ensure best practices are maintained. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical leadership and direction.To excel in this role, you must have at least 7 years of Salesforce development experience, including expertise in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, and Java. A strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and security is essential. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System, application lifecycle management, and DevOps practices is also required. You should be proficient in CI/CD pipeline structuring for Salesforce development teams and have hands-on experience with AppExchange package development and deployment. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general web development principles is crucial.The successful candidate will hold a Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certification, demonstrating the ability to analyze, design, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are key, along with strong communication abilities to effectively present solutions to stakeholders. Desirable qualifications include additional Salesforce certifications, experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, proficiency in other programming languages such as XML, .NET, SQL, C, and Java, as well as prior experience in team management and leadership. Active participation in the Salesforce community and a commitment to continuous learning are also highly valued.
