Job Description

    As a Senior in the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will have the opportunity to work with a high-quality team and contribute to building innovative products that address client challenges.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows.- Build service request fulfilment workflows based on customer requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.- Utilize scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate routine tasks.- Conduct integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and Soap calls.- Gather specifications from business departments and deliver products/releases that meet the presented needs.- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between Service-now and other systems as required.- Collaborate with business liaisons to create dashboards, home pages, and performance analytics data collectors.- Analyze user stories and internal procedures to enhance system capabilities and automate process workflows.- Conduct system and integration testing with sample and live data.**Skills and Attributes for Success:**- Proficiency in authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation / Azure.- Familiarity with disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes.- Experience in integrating with internal and external applications and systems.- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design practices.- Previous experience in Service Portal implementation.- Knowledge of various ServiceNow applications like Agentic AI, Gen AI, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, ITSM, Flow designer, HAM, SAM, Integration, ITAM, Service Now Portal/UI Builder, and SPM.- Exposure to Performance Analytics and digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IoT, and Blockchain.**Qualifications Required:**- College degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.- 4 to 6 years of experience in a development role with increasing complexity of responsibilities.- ServiceNow CSA certification and any CIS certification are mandatory.- ITIL foundations certification is a plus.Join EY to be part of a market-leading team with opportunities to work globally across various industries.
