Job Description

    As a Site Coordinator at Goose Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining automation project execution at customer sites. Your proactive and organized approach will ensure efficient field activities, timely completion of tasks, and clear communication between the engineering team and clients.Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with customers to ensure site readiness, assessing the readiness of internal automation and electrical engineers for site deployment, deputing engineers to project sites with logistical and communication support, maintaining daily coordination with field engineers to track progress and updates, collecting feedback from engineers and clients, ensuring timely completion of site activities, acting as the central point of contact between the office, engineers, and customer sites, facilitating engineers with necessary documents, tools, and coordination support, monitoring site progress, maintaining reports, and assisting project managers in achieving project goals.To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in site coordination or electrical project execution support. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam are essential, along with familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools.
