Job Description

    As a Construction Site Engineer, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth progress of construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:**- Read, understand, and explain drawings to construction workers and subcontractors.- Monitor day-to-day activities on-site and report the progress status regularly.- Act as the main technical advisor for subcontractors, laborers, craftspeople, and operators.- Resolve unexpected technical difficulties in consultation with seniors and clients technical team.- Supervise and instruct construction workers and subcontractors to maintain quality work following industry standards.- Educate construction workers on site safety practices and act as a safety officer in smaller sites.- Ensure the wellbeing of construction workers and maintain safe living environments in labor sheds.- Manage the general upkeep of the site, surroundings, materials, and machinery.- Take physical measurements during implementation for billing purposes and ensure quality implementation as per Structural and Architectural Drawings.- Organize plant and site facilities efficiently to meet agreed deadlines.- Plan site material management to minimize wastage and ensure compliance with specifications.- Prepare reports as required and execute tasks based on Bar Bending schedule.**Qualifications Required:**- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering.- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.- Flexibility to relocate and travel based on construction site locations.This full-time position requires your presence on-site to effectively carry out the responsibilities.
