Job Description

    As a Civil Engineer in this role, your primary responsibilities will include:- Reading, understanding, and explaining drawings to ensure clarity and accuracy.- Monitoring on-site day-to-day activities, reporting progress status, and acting as the main technical advisor for subcontractors, laborers, craftspeople, and operators.- Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other problems in consultation with seniors and clients technical team.- Supervising and instructing construction workers and subcontractors to ensure quality work following industry standards.- Educating construction workers on site safety practices, acting as a safety officer, and ensuring safe living environments for labor sheds.- Managing the general upkeep of the site, surroundings, materials, and machinery.- Ensuring physical measurements during implementation for billing purposes and quality implementation as per Structural and Architectural Drawings.- Executing work as instructed by the Project Manager, organizing plant and site facilities efficiently to meet deadlines.- Planning site material management to minimize wastage and ensuring all materials and work performed are as specified.- Preparing reports as required and executing based on Bar Bending schedule.Qualifications Required:- Diploma/B-Tech/ B.E in Civil Engineering.- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.- Flexibility to relocate and travel based on construction site locations.If you are seeking a full-time position with on-site work location, this opportunity may be suitable for you.,
