Job Description

    Role Overview:As a B.Tech fresh graduate at SBN Technologics Pvt. Ltd., your main responsibility will be to attend to customer communications in accordance with customer agreements and internal standards. You will be required to escalate bugs, defects, and errors that cannot be resolved by you and ensure follow-up until closure. It is essential to maintain a Customer Satisfaction index of above 9. Additionally, strict adherence to using V Tiger for recording customer queries, defects, and errors is a key part of your role.
