Sr. BIM Engineer - Architecture & Structure

Job Description

As a highly skilled Sr. BIM Engineer (Architecture/ Structure) with over 4 years of experience in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk Navisworks, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining 3D models for the architectural and structural domain. Working from the office located in Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, you will collaborate closely with the Contractors or Sub Contractors BIM team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM Models and Drawings.Responsibilities:- Expert in Architectural and Structural Modelling using Autodesk Revit.- Capable of Handling a Team of 3 - 5 Members.- Experience in Working in International Projects is mandatory.- Experience with Clash Coordination Platforms (E.g., BIM Track, ACC, Revizto, etc.).- Coordinate with the Clients BIM team to ensure all project requirements are met.- Ensure that all deliverables are adhered to Clients BIM Standards.- Generate 2D drawings, Schedules, and other required documentation from 3D models.- Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project models.- Maintain project documentation and ensure all changes are properly tracked and documented.- Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality, accurate, and delivered on time.- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technology and software updates to maintain proficiency in the field.Skills Required:- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.- 4 years of experience in creating 3D models using Revit software is mandatory.- Strong knowledge of BIM concepts, practices, and software, including Revit and AutoCAD.- Ability to Manage a Team is Mandatory.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Computer literate, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.- Good time management skills to meet project deadlines.- Willingness to learn and stay current with the latest BIM technology and software updates.
