Job Description

    As a Sr. PMO Associate/Business Analyst/Project Coordinator at Fingent, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Business and Technology teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions for our customers business requirements. You will play a key role in understanding customer problems, creating detailed business analysis documents, and presenting conceptualized solutions to clients. Your strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining transparency and ensuring that the solutions effectively meet customer needs.**Roles & Responsibilities:**- Ability to understand customers problems, create detailed business analysis documents, conceptualize the solution, and present the same to customers.- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and ensure the solution meets customers needs.- Conceptualize user scenarios and capture them as workflows and wireframes.- Coordinate with design experts to create mockups for presenting solution recommendations to clients.- Monitor project progress, report risks and issues in a timely manner.- Identify changes to the agreed scope and communicate with customers and relevant stakeholders.- Ensure the project is completed within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.**Skills Required:**- Good understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.- Mandatory software requirement analysis experience with good written and verbal communication.- Interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.Fingent values a culture of openness, honesty, and trust, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
