    As a Sr. Business Development Associate at our company, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and delivering presentations to potential clients. Additionally, you will negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Your ability to provide customized solutions and maintain strong client relationships will be crucial in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.- Deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition.- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Highly motivated with a passion for sales and business development.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.- 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.- Prior experience in sales or business development will be an advantage but not mandatory.In addition to the above, the job is full-time and permanent in nature.
